BENEFITS OFFEREDRetirement Plan (6% Employer Contribution), Dental, Life, Medical Reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement / Student Loan Repayment, Quarterly and Annual Bonus Structure (up to an additional 20% of compensation), Maternity, Paternity and FMLA Leave, Paid Time Off, Onboarding bonus of $7,500 (half at 30 days and half at 18 months)Our new family member will be responsible for : Posting banking and other transactions to general ledger accountsReconciling bank, credit card, loan, investment, and liability accounts on a monthly basisContacting clients about missing work, transaction details, and questionsReviewing own work to ensure standards are metPreparing payroll transactions and remitting liabilities to tax authorities on a timely basisUpdating employee demographic data including direct deposit information, withholding, and garnishmentsPreparing payroll tax returns including 941s, UC8s, W2s and 1099sEnrolling client employees in benefit plans and updating the employee contributionsReviewing - in detail - the transactions of the client each week or month for appropriateness, consistency, and completenessEnsuring that proper supporting workpapers are in placeOur new family member must : 3 years of experience in a Public Accounting / Bookkeeping position is preferred.
