DUTIES:
New job order entry and invoicing
Daily open job tracking
Daily job cost tracking
Weekly balance sheet
Material purchase tracking and audits
Monthly statements and collections
Job completion P & L
Receive payments via direct deposit
Process credit card transactions
Weekly Payroll entry and sub-contractor payments, (we use an outside payroll company)
Reconciliation
Weekly and month end reporting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have 5 years direct experience in a multi-million dollar company handling the day to day books.
Proven record of bookkeeping within a service organization handling AR/AP, payroll, plus financial job tracking.
Complete command of Quickbooks Pro or Enterprise Online.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
