Surgery Center Services of America (SCSA) and SCSA Healthcare architecture and planning, have wide-ranging expertise in virtually all aspects of ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development, Operations, State Licensure & Medicare Certification. SCSA projects range from simple, single-room facilities to multiple-room, multi-specialty surgery centers. Over the past 33 years we have developed over 400 ASC’s across the United States.
Surgery Center Services of America is seeking a bookkeeper who will handle all bookkeeping functions in Quick books.
Responsibilities and Expectations
· Manage all bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks software.
· Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
· Handle accounts payable and receivable.
· Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
· Perform bank reconciliations.
· Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
· Assist with budget preparation and audit processes.
· Ensure financial compliance by adhering to legal requirements and company policies.
· Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and efficiency.

· AR/AP
· Equipment purchase orders
· Sales Tax – Multiple States
· Maintenance of Subsidiary Account by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions.
