Duties/Responsibilities

 Post and reconcile Daily Sales Reporting for multiple restaurants

 Accounts Receivable: Create billing, Deposit Checks, Data entry, Collections

 Accounts Payable: Data entry, Process payments

 Manage Vendor and Customer Relations

 Reconcile Credit Card activity timely

 Maintain organized records of all financial documents in physical and electronic billing systems

 Prepare weekly and bi-weekly payroll reports

 Assist with a myriad of ad-hoc requests with attention to detail while constantly striving to create better and more efficient practices

Qualifications:

 Preferred three years of experience managing the books of a restaurant group

 Understands and values hospitality

 Self-direct and strong sense of ownership

 Working knowledge of GAAP

 Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Quickbooks Online and Concur Solutions

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Good problem-solving and time management skills

 Collaborate with other professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

 Ability to manage a variety of tasks under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy

 Self-motivated, reliable, resourceful, enthusiastic with a high energy level

 Flexible and adaptable personal style with a passion for excellence

 Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting
