Join our Construction Adventure as our new Bookkeeper! This is a contract to hire position and we want a person who wants to grow and stay with our family owned company!

We need that special person, Bookkeeper but also to be our Office Manager!

Requirements for the Bookkeeper:

• Experience: Bring at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience and a solid grasp of construction accounting principles. Managing 100-200 invoices weekly should be second nature to you.
• Skills: Excel should be your playground, and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Outlook are your trusty sidekicks. You're a people person, effortlessly communicating with vendors and colleagues.
• Responsibilities: From preparing invoices and handling credit card transactions to managing customer contracts and maintaining organized records, you'll be the multitasking marvel behind the scenes.
• Organization: Chaos has no place in your meticulously maintained workspace. You'll maintain confidentiality while ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• Experience: At least 3 years in an office setting and familiarity with construction admin.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for handling sensitive information with integrity. Being a problem solver who thrives under pressure is a must.
• Bonus: Familiarity with NM Laws of Construction Licensing and a willingness to learn accounting tasks if not already experienced.
