Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This is a vital role within our organization, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded correctly and efficiently.

Duties:
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including general ledger reconciliation
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Conduct general ledger accounting activities
- Assist with financial statement preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Provide support during audits

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
