We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager, who specializes in Reverse Logistics, to join our team and assist in taking our organization to the next level. The position is for someone with a positive personality, has great communication skills, and who works well with others.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets set out in the annual plan using persuasive business arguments.
· Manage upwards 100 accounts, ensuring you remain highly consultative and communicative with clients.
· Proactively anticipate clients’ needs and then create delivery strategies to exceed expectations.
· Achieve and maintain excellent communication with all accounts on the business benefits of sourcing their supply through Via Trading and respond effectively to our customers' needs.
· Contact and activate new accounts in line with our annual new business development targets and retain existing customers by providing excellent service levels.
· Engage key accounts and internal teams to better enable ongoing business for the purpose of continued revenue streams.
· Promote a culture of service excellence, collaboration, building trust and responsiveness.
· Be alert to, and report on all significant information, which may affect Via Trading business such as retail developments and competitor activities.
· Stay current on industry trends and issues. Participate in and attend industry related events.
· All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Benefits
Via Trading’s goal is to ensure fair market-based compensation that is motivating and competitive. The compensation for this position is base pay of $52K per year, plus a commission & bonus plan that has a Real & Proven earning potential well over $120K per year.
Successful candidates will receive a minimum guaranteed income from $60,000/year for their first six months.
In addition, you will receive a comprehensive 10-day induction program for new starters and ongoing training to ensure success.
