Requirements:- Possess professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work a variety of days, weekends, and holidays
- Possess financial tracking and reporting skills and adept at creating and managing budgets
- Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating teams
- Prior leadership experience in hospitality
Education and Experience:- High school graduate (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree or at least some college preferred
- Minimum three (3) years operations or general management experience
- Lodging management and/or food and beverage management experience required (at least 2-3 years)
