General Summary:
As a member of the cashier management team you will be responsible for daily supervision and motivation of the cashiering and customer service staff. You, a Front End Manager, will demonstrate and enforce the policies, procedures and philosophies of Kevin, Inc. Front End Managers directly report to the Divisional Managers of Retail. Requires regular exercise of independent judgment. Supervises and trains employees, assists other managers and supervisors in fulfilling the objectives of the Cashier Department and the Company as a Front End Manager. Has direct supervision over the Cashiers, Customer Service and Senior Cashiers.
Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays 11am-7pm, Thursdays 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-7pm, Saturdays 11am-7pm, and Sundays 11am-7pm.
