Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation planning, order fulfillment, and warehouse management. This is a key leadership role within our company, responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations to meet customer demands and optimize supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and procurement

- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and customer demands

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

- Utilize AS400 or other warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and product movements

- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as supply chain, operations, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, order fulfillment, procurement, and warehouse management processes

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
