Bond Sales Manager manages and leads a group of bond sales officers. Develops marketing and sales initiatives to increase profitability. Being a Bond Sales Manager oversees the buying and selling of government or corporate bonds and securities. Advises clients on investment options; monitors market conditions to maximize profits for customers and the institution. Additionally, Bond Sales Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Bond Sales Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Bond Sales Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     In 1925 Johnson Motors Sales was founded with the basic principle to take care of each and every customer. Joye Johnson, for whom the dealership is named after, taught us this principle which has stayed key to our success for almost 100 years. 

    Today we are a 4th generation owned dealership that started with Curt Anderson in 1950. Curt first started working for Joye as a technician and eventually became the General Manager after holding numerous positions. In 1983, Curt purchased the dealership, and it has been run by the Anderson Family ever since. Since that time, we have grown into 4 dealerships that reach Northwestern Wisconsin and Minnesota. 

    Our goals still to this day continue to focus on what Joye and Curt taught us. Curt has said it best that "It's your present customers that give you your future ones".
