Being a Board Administrator works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Board Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Board Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. As an Account Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide service and information over the phone and resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face.     LEAD STORE ACCOUNTS BY ENSURING:

    • A culture that fosters mission and values.
    • Superior customer service through fun, friendly stores.
    • Follow the Company Progressive Collection process.
    • Attempt to locate customers in which we have been unable to find their residence and/or the collateral.
    • Field collections of customers following the Company guidelines, to ensure accounts are current and not delinquent.
    • Correspondence with customers, insurance companies, DMV’s, BMV’s, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned by a leader.

    WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION for an Account Representative:

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have a valid state driver’s license and a good driving record
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Proficient to speak, read and write English
    • 1-2 years’ customer service preferred
