    JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for daily and monthly accounting activities in support of Sr. Billing & A/R Manager along with the day-to-day direction of branch administrative staff that support the accounting function

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

    • Coordinates accurate and timely branch invoicing
    • Ensures all supporting documentation for branch sales order invoicing is provided to billing.
    • Prepares monthly aged TBI reporting to Branch Management and Sr. Billing & AR Manager.
    • Coordinates the prioritization and escalation of aged sales orders not invoiced
    • Assists with correcting sales order pricing errors and omissions
    • Trains and directs multiple branch admins regarding their day to day activities
    • Develops best practices for branch admins to ensure accurate TBI reporting
    • Will travel to branch locations to train branch admins on best practices regarding TBI
    • Supports Sr. Billing and & A/R Manager with special projects, workflow process improvements and administrative duties
    • Special projects or assignments as directed by management.

    EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years accounting experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

    CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

    • Knowledge and use of GAAP, Auditing Practices and Principles, and Financial and Accounting Software Applications.
    • Specialized (Advanced) Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office proficiency, especially Excel (including charts, pivot/lookup tables).
    • Experience with financial/ledger systems desired.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
    • Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
