We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Nashville, TN to join our growing Positive Options behavioral health division. We utilize positive behavior supports and trauma informed care to provide ethical and client-centered ABA therapy that ensures each individual achieves their full potential. The BCBA uses best practices and technologies within a community setting to assist youth with acquiring, retaining, improving and generalizing the behavioral, self-help, socialization, relational and communication skills needed to enhance relationships, and increase independence and functioning. Targeted approaches will assist youth in regulating emotional and behavioral responses, developing meaningful relationships, and effectively understanding and expressing their needs to the best of their ability, which will aid in the successful transition to less intensive community services.
