Being a Board Administrator works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Board Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Board Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. As an Account Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide service and information over the phone and resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face. The target is to ensure you are collecting and servicing customer accounts while maintaining a high level of customer service.

    LEAD STORE ACCOUNTS BY ENSURING:

    • A culture that fosters mission and values.
    • Superior customer service through fun, friendly stores.
    • Follow the Company Progressive Collection process.
    • Attempt to locate customers in which we have been unable to find their residence and/or the collateral.
    • Field collections of customers following the Company guidelines, to ensure accounts are current and not delinquent.
    • Correspondence with customers, insurance companies, DMV’s, BMV’s, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned by a leader.

    WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION for an Account Representative:

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have a valid state driver’s license and a good driving record
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Proficient to speak, read and write English
    • 1-2 years’ customer service preferred
