Handles player transactions, notifies pit supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game. Being a Blackjack Dealer may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the Poker Management, the Poker Dealer interacts directly with Poker guests providing information, starting, and maintaining games. The Dealer will deal all games as assigned by the Shift Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Deal all Poker games as assigned by the Shift Manager
· Provide guests with chips at the Poker tables
· Provide information and answer questions for our guests about games in progress, games offered, tournaments, and promotions
· Provide Table Fills
· Greet guests and assist the Poker Supervisor or Shift manager with seating guests.
· Participate as a count team member
· Participate in the table drop
· Assist with the receiving, placing and delivery of Food and Beverage orders to our guests
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
· Adhere to Florida cardroom regulations, as well as internal controls, and departmental policies and procedures

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
· High School diploma or GED required
· Must be eight-teen (18) years of age or older
· Must have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public
· Must have a working knowledge of Poker and be able to deal all Poker games. A skills test and/or audition may be administered
· Strong math skills, cash handling and chip handling experience are preferred. A skills test and/or audition may be administered
· Very strong guest service skills
· The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time
· Must be able to lift, carry and walk with up to 40 lbs for up to 120 feet
· Must be able to work efficiently in crowded and confined areas
· Willing to participate in training as recommended or required
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work
· Must have a Florida Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
· Willing to work odd and irregular hours including night and weekend schedules
