· Manage primary dealership departments including new and pre-owned vehicle sales, service department, parts department, and finance and insurance.
· Establish and maintain all managerial tools necessary to achieve strong and consistent profitability.

Job Requirements:
· Five years of auto dealership management experience.
· Strong leadership, and organizational skills.
· Detail familiarity with DMS systems.
· Knowledge and understanding of auto maker financial statements and how they are used to actively manage dealership operations.
· Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory environment for auto dealerships.
