Job Description
The Performance Consultant is expected to build and maintain relationships with external clients and ensure client needs are the driving force behind priorities, decisions, and activities in order to ensure client and revenue retention and drive product utilization.
The Performance Consultant owns the client relationship on behalf of the company and will act as the client advocate internally by communicating the client’s needs to various departments.
The Performance Consultant works remotely under moderate supervision, responsible for protecting the revenue stream from a business model even where no long-term client contracts might exist.
The Performance Consultant is also responsible for identifying the level of customer interest in additional products, harvesting additional accounts, and expanding / upselling product functionality to potentially increase revenue growth across their client base.
The Performance Consultant is expected to collaborate with other Performance Consultant to ensure clients with multiple products encounter a seamless and consistent experience.
This is a regional position encompassing Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa . Preference will go to applicants living in these states.What You'll Do

Who You Are : Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience;
or 6 years’ experience in a related field
