Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Table Games Floor Person, responsible for dealing a variety of Table Games to include Black Jack, Craps, Roulette and other approved Table Games in accordance with federal, and state regulations; and Company policies, practices, and procedures. Provides guests with excellent service and creates a fun gaming environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Six months dealing multiple table games to include Black Jack, Craps and Roulette. Will consider Certificate in dealing and/or successfully completion of in-house training program, and audition.
• Must 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
• Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
