As a Packaging Department Supervisor (also known as Packaging Operations Manager, Packaging Team Leader), you will oversee product packaging operations, ensuring all products are packed safely and efficiently. You will maintain a sanitary environment that meets all food safety regulations, understand the setup and functionality of all packaging equipment, and step in as needed. You will conduct team meetings at the start of each shift, work with Management and HR to ensure all employees are properly trained, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
