    We are looking for an experienced working Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, testing is performed accurately, efficiently and providing guidance and support to materials technicians. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in laboratory techniques, be able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and have a positive disposition while working with contractors and clients and fellow staff members.     Responsibilities:

    • Supervise laboratory staff and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
    • Ensure projects and tests are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
    • Ensure accuracy of testing results.
    • Train and mentor new technicians.
    • Ensure all AASHTO procedures are followed.
    • Analyze data from experiments and tests.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
