Biomedical Equipment Technician I
- Interact with customers and provide a positive experience.
- Troubleshoot and Repair Medical Devices.
- Identify parts needed for repairs and maintenance on medical devices, and assist with approval and ordering processes, ensuring parts are received and repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner meeting customers needs.
- Providing Scheduled Preventive Maintenance, Electrical Safety Inspections, and Calibrations on Medical Devices as well as Incoming Inspections.
- Identify failures and hazards, and non compliance scenarios with medical devices, make recommendations for corrective maintenance, and provide advice and recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide customers with assistance, education, and advice on proper use, maintenance, cleaning, and operation of medical devices.
- Maintain expertise in the Biomed Field and undergo continuing education.
