    Job Description:

    As a Biologist at Complete Design, you will play an essential role in bridging the gap between nature and design, providing valuable ecological perspectives that inform our projects. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and surveyors, you will contribute to environmental assessments, habitat restoration plans, and sustainable design solutions. Your biological knowledge will be pivotal in promoting biodiversity, protecting natural resources, and ensuring the harmonious coexistence of our projects with their surroundings.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct ecological assessments, including flora and fauna surveys, habitat evaluations, and wetland delineations.
    • Provide expertise on environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with project teams to incorporate ecological considerations into design and development plans.
    • Prepare ecological reports, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies.
    • Propose and implement habitat restoration, conservation, and enhancement measures.
    • Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address ecological concerns.
    • Assist in the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly design solutions.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, biodiversity conservation, and ecological best practices.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in ecological assessments, impact analyses, and habitat restoration.
    • Strong knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystem dynamics.
    • Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
    • Previous experience in an architectural, engineering, or land surveying firm is a plus.
