About the position – Consisting of 2 main things:

1. Doing research online to gather general information from the public records to then proceed to prepare/send out correspondence in the mail. (You will be trained for this). For this, good hand writing is a must, the correspondence will be addressed with you own handwriting. (No exceptions). You will be keeping records of all the correspondence sent. 2. The position also entails doing cold calling reaching out by telephone to prospective clients. If you have done cold calling before, it would be helpful.

Schedule: Flexible, you tell us what hours/days you want to work to complete 20 hours on a weekly basis.
Part Time 20 Hours per week - In office (no remote work).

No cell phone use during work hours, but still may be used during your breaks.
Drug and alcohol testing will be performed.
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
All employees are required to sign a non-compete related to our business.

Please note, this is a home office in Annandale VA, BUT it's an extremely large office, 10,000 sq. ft. that was built for home offices. We clarify this due some applicants, understandably, have said they don't feel comfortable coming to a private home. You are more than welcome to bring someone to the interview with you.
