Billing Systems Manager jobs in Utah
Billing Systems Manager manages the daily operations of the billing system. Ensures the operations and associated procedures of billing systems are efficient and effective for billing delivery. Being a Billing Systems Manager develops and implements new billing solutions to improve departmental efficiency and accuracy. Helps develop strategies for system integration of future technology. Additionally, Billing Systems Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Billing Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Billing Systems Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Work Schedule and Compensation:

- Flexibility in work hours.
- Starting pay between $19 and $21 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in mental health claims.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Strongly Preferred:
- Prior experience in health insurance claims.
- Background in mental health services.
