Omega Systems Consultants Inc. is seeking a Full Time Billing Specialist to join our growing Finance team.  This is an in-office/hybrid role based out of our Reading, PA, Stamford, CT or Fairhaven, MA office.

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for providing pre-billing review and reconciliation of our back end invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to our clients and payment collection. Also, work in collaboration with the Billing Supervisor to ensure tracking of new customers, monthly billing and documents tickets, accurate and efficient invoicing.  

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly billing tasks – reconcile customer agreements using monthly vendor statements
• Track and manage ACH discounts
• Work with Billing Supervisor to generate T & M Invoices on a monthly basis
• Generate monthly detailed client billing reports
• Fix ConnectWise invoice batching issues
• Track agreement end dates and follow up monthly until renewals are signed
• Track all block time agreement balances for overages, etc.
• Track all Datto backups to ensure servers match the signed contracts
• Incumbent(s) in this position may be required to perform other duties and special assignments not specifically stated

 Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing or accounting preferred
• Experience with MSP billing is strongly preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of billing software and systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in ConnectWise, QuickBooks or related applications is strongly preferred.
