What You Would Do

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals
• Regularly train and coach on our sales system
• Ensure our customers have a remarkable sales experience
• Meet and exceed sales goals

What We Need for this Role

• 1 years successful experience in a sales or sales management role
• Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
