Fiber Billing Help Desk Analyst - billing call center experience Location : Westborough, MA, Westford, MA, Warrington, PA or Charlotte, NC (On-site 4 days / week, WFH Fridays) Role :

We are looking for candidates with billing call center experience, candidates with ticketing system experience, candidates that have experience with mostly inbound calls and emails.

Some outbound calls are required as well. The volume is around 10-15 calls / emails per day. ServiceNow is the ticketing platform and desired, along with Oracle.

This role provides exceptional customer service by resolving billing inquiries and issues for Crown Castle's Fiber customers.

You'll use your communication and problem-solving skills to handle inbound calls and emails, research solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Research and resolve billing issues using online applications and legacy systems.
• Maintain accurate customer contact databases.
• Assist with collections efforts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in coaching and provide / receive feedback.
• Complete assigned projects

What will catch our eye :

• 1-2 years customer service experience (call center preferred)
• 3-5 years collections experience (high-tech preferred)
• Experience using multi-company accounting software (Oracle & ServiceNow preferred)
• College degree preferred (Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 suite
