We are currently seeking a Billing Analyst to work at our Wilkes Barre, PA location. This is a full-time, non exempt position working Monday-Friday.

The Billing Analyst helps bring our vision to life by performing a variety of billing, collection, and cash application functions within the Accounts
Receivable Department. Responsibilities include invoicing, application and deposit of payments, support of collection
efforts, discrepancies, account reconciliation and maintenance. Additional responsibilities may also include maintaining
accurate records and control reports and recommending improvements to accounts payable/receivable processes.

What You'll Do:

• Apply cash deposits to open invoices and create credit memos
• Manage billing and invoices for multiple subsidiaries
• Collect on delinquent accounts
• Work closely among cross-functional departments along with clients to resolve any invoicing discrepancies and
  build a strong working relationship with our customers

• Good computer skills and the ability to work using various programs and databases simultaneously
