Job Overview:

Enthusiasm for bicycles and strong interpersonal skills are a must. Training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers

● Familiarity with all brands of Bikes and Parts and Accessories we stock

● Direct customers through entire new bike sales process

● Build and maintain relationships with customers

● Complete a multitude of daily housekeeping and office t asks

● Maintain knowledge of current trends and the latest technology

● Develop long term customers

● Direct inquiries to the appropriate person/department

● Communicate special orders to the Sales Manager

This is a mid-level bicycle mechanic position. 1 to 2 years previous experience as a mechanic in a bike shop is required. Additional training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
