We seek a full-time professional bicycle technician. The hours of this role could be made flexible for someone seeking heavy-part time employment or part-time, post-retirement employment. Part-time consideration is based on applicant’s job history, related skills, abilities and availability.
Responsibilities:
· Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of bicycles
· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
· Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
· Assist with sales and retail activities as needed
· Perform assemblies of bicycle and fitness equipment (in-store) as needed.
Requirements:
· Ability to demonstrate experience working in a professional bicycle shop environment required for Lead Technician role.
· Ability to demonstrate related experience working in a professional mechanic’s role in a related or similar industry required for Entry Level Technician role
· Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
· Ability to perform basic retail math calculations
· Excellent customer service skills, with a heart to serve others
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
