SUMMARY
Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on salesfloor of retail store by performing the following.
duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for follow-up on scheduled merchandise booking secured by Sales Department personnel.
• Responsible for training all new employees in the department to meet company goals and objectives.
• Maintains schedule for employees within the department. analyzes needs for upcoming company.

merchandising and sales promotions and assigns necessary personnel to achieve company goals andobjectives.

• Responsible for scheduled maintenance and repair of permanent point of sale in retail accounts.
• Maintenance of area for current and up to date point of sale.
• Responsible for printing marketing materials, price cards and banners for retail accounts at request of SalesDepartment personnel.
• Responsible understanding and compliance with all company quality assurance guidelines.
• Responsible for adhering to all company policies and state laws and regulations.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple.
  correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers,
  clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
• Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats and to interpret rate, ratio, percent, andgraphs. Must have experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar applications.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Attention To Detail, Communication and Media, Conflict Management, Influencing/Negotiating, Planning andEvaluating, Sales and Marketing, Self-Management.

Pay: Starting Salary is $53,000 Commission.

Hours: Monday - Friday morning shift! Major holidays off!!
