SUMMARY

Leads a team of delivery personnel by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with and train delivery personnel (full and part time) through work-withs to increase efficiencies and effective-ness at retail.

Work with delivery personnel to increase performance standards :

• No missed stops.
• All Q.A. standards followed.
• Cooler, back-stock and shelves stocked on every delivery.
• Conduct rotation audits on drivers while covering / training delivery routes.
• Help manage vacation schedule to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Participate in weekly department meetings to ensure delivery team’ concept.
• Help manage the Hot Shot Program’.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include : interviewing and hiring
• Training employees
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Supervises 4 to 10 subordinate employees.
