Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate daily routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer demands
- Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and driver activities
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of alcohol and non-alcohol beverage distribution
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Previous experience in beverage distribution helpful
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of drivers
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
