As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Infused Beverage Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:

As the Infused Beverage Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with distributors, and driving sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• On-Premise Accounts: When selling to On-Premise accounts, an Infused Beverage Manager focuses on driving Hop the Wave sales execution in restaurants, bars, and other venues where customers enjoy their beverage at the point of purchase. At a minimum, 4-5 promotional events are to be hosted weekly to introduce people to this new redefined beverage space.
• Off-Premise Accounts: When calling on off-premise accounts, you will focus on expanding the availability and sales of Hop the Wave in grocery, convenience, and liquor stores. This includes sampling, merchandising, and increasing consumer awareness while leveraging eye-catching point of sale.

Distribution and Channel Management:

• Manage relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure optimal product placement.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Implement and utilize a CRM system to track sales activities, monitor performance, and generate insightful reports.
• Present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on infused beverages preferred.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
