Bereavement Services Director - Home Care jobs in Rhode Island
Bereavement Services Director - Home Care designs, plans and directs the home care bereavement program. Trains and coordinates a staff of bereavement counselors. Being a Bereavement Services Director - Home Care assigns counselors to families as necessary, and ensures services fulfill the needs of the family. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Bereavement Services Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Bereavement Services Director - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
