We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our team. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical operations within our organization. - Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical programs and services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Manage the budget for clinical services and ensure financial goals are met
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among clinical staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and address any issues or concerns
