Bereavement Coordinator plans and provides bereavement counseling and support to survivors. Assesses individual needs and coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver a holistic support plan. Being a Bereavement Coordinator guides survivors to appropriate bereavement resources. Facilitates grief support group sessions. Additionally, Bereavement Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree in social work. May require the applicable State License to Practice Clinical Social Work. Typically reports to a manager. The Bereavement Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary :
Reporting directly to Office Manager. The Parts & Service Coordinator performs all aspects of the
incoming orders for parts associated with batteries, chargers and accessories. Maintains parts for batteries and charger stock levels, ensuring product is available to fill immediate orders.
Ensures accurate specifications of the parts, based on customer requests and inquiries. Follow up on order discrepancies, identify errors and resolve before processing.
Preforms a variety of administrative functions that are not limited to answering phones, making copies, scanning information, filing and shipping orders via UPS.
The Parts & Service Coordinator will also work on warranty claims, processing and have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.
