    Club Five is seeking a healthcare manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the facility and its staff. The manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and compliance with company policies and procedures. The manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, performance improvement, and termination of staff. The manager will also be responsible for managing the budget and reporting on financial results. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the administrative operations of our healthcare practice. As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the team, optimizing patient flow, and ensuring the clinic's overall efficiency and success. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks that contribute to the clinic's smooth functioning and growth. Sales and Front desk roles will be a crucial contribution towards the growth of the practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Team Management: Lead and manage the clinic team of 12-18, ensuring effective communication, cooperation, and a positive working environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Set up and monitor key performance indicators for the clinic, tracking and evaluating the team's performance and clinic success.
    • Practice Management Systems: Familiarize yourself with practice management systems and software used for efficient clinic operations.
    • Policies and Procedures: Implement and oversee practice management strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
    • Financial Oversight: Understand and oversee the financial aspects of the practice, including billing processes, insurance claims, and profit and loss (P&L) management.
    • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and other practice-related activities to facilitate team collaboration and community engagement.
    • Patient Scheduling Optimization: Patient scheduling and planning to ensure optimal patient flow and efficient resource utilization.
    • Employee Vacation Management: Manage employee vacations to maintain appropriate staffing levels and uninterrupted patient care.
    • Health Technician Performance: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with health technicians to assess their performance, address concerns, and ensure adherence to P&L targets.
    • Meetings and Workshops: Organize and lead technical meetings, workshops, and weekly clinic team meetings to promote continuous learning and professional development.
    • End-of-Day Audit: Head the end-of-day audit for the clinic's 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and patient notes to maintain a organized clean environment and patient care quality
    • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the hiring process to attract and hire the right talent that aligns with the clinic's values and goals.
    • Financial Management: Manage the clinic's P&L to ensure it maintains and generates projected revenue, making data-driven decisions for financial growth.
    • Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory management to maintain adequate supplies and reduce waste.
    • Clinic Administration: Perform overall clinic manager administration work, including record-keeping, reporting, and managing operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Floor Management or related field or 3-5 years of managerial experience
    • Proven experience as a practice manager or in a similar administrative leadership role. Healthcare administration is highly preferred.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
    • Proficiency in using practice management software and systems.
    • Understanding of financial concepts and ability to manage P&L effectively.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude to identify and address operational challenges.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management preferred; associate degree in business or healthcare management preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare management required; minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality or clinical management required.
    • Current license to practice as a registered nurse required.
    • Must be able to work from home on a flexible basis.
    • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
    • Must have knowledge of Green Bay, WI regulations and licensure requirements as well as state-specific regulations and licensing requirements.
    • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred.
