ACI is seeking a Health Care Systems Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA). We provide data analytics using daily, weekly and monthly reports to the DHA community, as well as prepare Ad-Hoc reports using the CHCS, MDR & GENESIS environment.
Qualifications:- The Health Care Analyst supports requests from analysts and senior leaders for data mining and research.
- Develops complex analytic reports using advanced Excel, including pivot tables.
- Performs data mining and generates consolidated reports from the DoD Composite Health Care System (CHCS).
- Oversees the daily flow of data coming from the Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) using direct feeds from CHCS and its dependencies.
- Have the knowledge of how to create, maintain and monitor daily electronic transfer utility (ETU) configurations at 98 CHCS sites.
- Monitoring of SY_ETU transfers of Provider Schedules, Patient Appointing, and Managed Care/Referral Files using OpenVMS system and SY_ETU setup.
- Write Ad Hoc reports utilizing Advance CHCS Fileman functionality, and print and sort templates.
- Familiarity with fields and field structure in PATIENT APPOINTMENT, PROVIDER, SCHEDULABLE ENTITY, and MCP REFERRAL Files.
Other Qualifications:- Must be a US Citizen
- Strong prior experience supporting DHA (CHCS, AHLTA, M2 or MDR)
- Already cleared or eligible to obtain an ADP Level II Public Trust Clearance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and CHCS
- Provide data of present/past CHCS account access experience
- Experience working in military healthcare environment
