Duties and Expectations:

• Our entry level Help Desk position requires that an individual be able to answer phones and create informative Service Tickets for themselves and other technicians to troubleshoot.
• Work individually and as a team to resolve Level 1 and Level 2 Service Tickets in an expedient and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized environment to ensure inventory is tracked and the workspace is orderly.
• Assess impact and urgency of Service Tickets to prioritize tasks in a manner that supports a stable work environment and reduces production downtime for customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
