Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization. Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Conduct employee orientation and training to ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, including cash handling and register reconciliation - Recruit, interview, and hire new employees as needed - Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance - Utilize strong math skills to analyze sales data, track expenses, and manage payroll - Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving store performance Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in inventory control techniques and cash handling procedures - Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team - Strong mathematical skills for analyzing sales data, managing payroll, and tracking expenses - Knowledge of store management best practices - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
