Responsibilities:

• Assess eligibility and facilitate benefit enrollment processes
• Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule appointments for clients interested in our benefits
• Conduct virtual presentations to explain insurance products and benefits
• Complete insurance applications and necessary underwriting tasks
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Drive sales and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients

Requirements:

• Reliable computer/laptop with a functioning camera
• Cell phone with unlimited long-distance calling capability
• Access to Wi-Fi
