Natural Retreats is hiring an Assistant General Manager to join our Palm Springs, CA team!
Working closely with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will oversee our long-term bookings and liaise with our long-term guests, owners and other stakeholders. The AGM will primarily focus on Guest Services, and is the main point of contact for our Alaya homeowners and Alaya team. They will perform day-to-day management of the site and its staff and are accountable for the overall performance of the site while on duty. The AGM regularly collaborates with our internal maintenance team, as well as our housekeeping vendors and other important vendors in the market. The AGM will also work closely with Business Development to maintain and expand Natural Retreats’ portfolio of homes in the Palm Springs, CA market and will help manage the onboarding process for our new owners and homes.
A successful Assistant General Manager will combine outstanding interpersonal skills with considerable organizational ability, commercial acumen, and close attention to detail.

This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the AGM should be flexible with their hours. While weekends can be covered on request, they are generally working days and will be busy with guest arrivals and departures. The AGM is allowed two (2) days off per week but should always be available in case of emergency or due to unpredictable guest arrivals. Generally, this will mean a working day of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, although on occasion this may vary according to occupancy levels.
