Benefits Manager develops, implements, administers, and maintains benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures programs are equitable, meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective. Being a Benefits Manager develops benefits communications and counsels employees on benefits related issues. Evaluates existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments. Additionally, Benefits Manager requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to director. The Benefits Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Benefits Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Mission Manager seeks an experienced independent Field Sales Representative to drive sales of its Mission Manager cloud-based software platform.
The position will be based in and serve as Mission Manager’s business development and sales resource throughout the Southeastern United States (FL, GA, AL, MS)(respectively, the “Territory”).
Credentials and Experience
- Minimum five years of direct selling and business development experience in software, first responder, or government funded related industries, showing a demonstrable track record of business-building results in new product introductions and market vertical/segment development
- First responder or emergency management experience, including service as a volunteer or reserve officer with mission leadership experience in law enforcement, fire-fighting, search and rescue, disaster management or EOC operations is extremely helpful.

Compensation
Mission Manager offers a performance based compensation package which includes competitive commission, expense reimbursement, and equity participation plans.
