Job Description:
● Provides information, interpretation, and guidance to HR staff and employees regarding EMC’s benefit program.
● Assists employees with escalated benefit claims and eligibility issues.
● Ensures the timely filing of beneficiary claims.
● Writes Five Star Outlook and Wellness articles.
● Assists with orientation of new employees to the benefit package at General Orientation and individual meetings.
● Coordinates the employee discount availability.
Coordinates the annual Open Enrollment program including organizing/implementing the Wellness/Benefit Fair; assisting in
the design of plan documents; employee communication materials and conducting pre- and post-OE audits ensuring
accuracy of data.
●Responsible for Open Enrollment setup, rate updates, system validation and operation as it relates to benefit activity in
HCM system.
