The Marketing/Sales Coordinator’s Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to integrate marketing and sales efforts across the organization
- Plan, manage, and coordinate a wide variety of client and prospect events
- Coordinate networking activities to maximize agency representation
- Provide coordination and assistance with public relations and sponsorship efforts
- Create, deploy, and evaluate targeted sales campaigns alongside and with other team members
- Implement and monitor sales tools/platforms to ensure effective use
- Coordinate cross sale efforts within the organization
- Create and facilitate prospect outreach campaigns
- Support internal sales and marketing efforts through the development of proposals, presentations, and other marketing/sales materials
The Best Candidate for This Role Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications related field
- Proven marketing and sales experience preferred
- Social media and graphic design knowledge required
- Ability to effectively communicate one-on-one or in group setting
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills with great attention to detail
- Digital media experience including video editing preferred
- Positive, creative attitude to compliment a Best Places to Work culture
- Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Organized with self-accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and WordPress experience preferred
