Besides supporting the benefits program structure, you will also educate employees on how the program works, answer their queries, and find solutions for the issues related to the matter.
As a Benefits Specialist, you must have a solid understanding of benefits processes and ensure the company’s practices in that field adhere to applicable labor laws. This will enable you to help employees with the enrollment and keep them updated on any significant changes in the benefits structure. Previous experience in similar positions and excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
