Corvid is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our finance team. As a Finance Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting for both internal and external projects. What You’ll Do:
Prepare timely and comprehensive financial reports for external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Generate and maintain accurate financial reports for internal projects, including budget tracking, expenditure analysis, and variance reporting.
Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity.
Support the finance team in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities as needed.
Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and other day-to-day financial tasks as assigned.
Who We Want:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and acute attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
