    Corvid is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our finance team. As a Finance Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting for both internal and external projects.     What You’ll Do:

    • Prepare timely and comprehensive financial reports for external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.

    • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment with project objectives.

    • Generate and maintain accurate financial reports for internal projects, including budget tracking, expenditure analysis, and variance reporting.

    • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity.

    • Support the finance team in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities as needed.

    • Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and other day-to-day financial tasks as assigned.


    Who We Want: 

    The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and acute attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
