**Summary:**

We are in search of a compassionate, professional, and reliable Unit Clerk in the Powder Springs, GA area to assist our nursing staff by performing various clerical and administrative functions.

**Responsibilities for Unit Clerk:**

- Answer telephone calls professionally, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages.

- Welcome new residents, guide visitors, and provide resident information to clinical staff.

- Compile and maintain medical records from admissions to discharge accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

- Schedule appointments and arrange transportation when necessary.

- Keep nursing supplies, equipment, and clinical forms readily available at the nursing station.

- Complete required forms and documents following company policy.
